It’s Not What You Say...

“Communication practice is not about what we say. It’s about where we’re coming from and how we say it.”

Oren Jay Sofer
Author of Say What You Mean

You can only be who you are.
And who you are shows in all that you say and do.

What you believe defines who you are.
What you believe defines what you see, and how you see it.
What you believe defines what is possible for you.
What you believe defines your limits.

What you believe is a story of you that you present to the world.
What you believe is your reality.

What you say reflects what you believe.
What you do is based upon and promotes what you believe.

And yet, what you believe is not who you are.
What you believe is a story of you. Not the true you that creates the story.

Seek out and get to know the true you. The you that creates the story.
